One of the most common values and biggest challenges for cohousing is to be affordable to all. We will dig into these difficult topic from many perspectives, from development options to HOA dues and the ways to help each other. This six hour event will include a keynote address by Christine Hernandez; 12 content sessions, opportunities for networking and open space for whatever conversations you want to have, as well as an Exhibit Hall!
